MAINTENANCE CLEANING
Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly service.
Together we will create a custom cleaning plan to suit your home’s needs. Cleaning tasks included with this service are;

Living/dining rooms - ceiling to floor dusting, including baseboards, ceiling fans & all surfaces & fixtures. Vacuuming - furniture surfaces as needed , rugs & floors and damp mopping wood floors.

Bathrooms - dust light fixtures & exhaust fans, clean mirrors, counters, tubs & shower stalls, toilet inside and out. Spot clean cabinet/drawer fronts, vacuum rugs/floors & mop, remove trash.

Interior stairs - vacuumed or dusted

Bedrooms - Ceiling to floor dusting including baseboards, ceiling fans, all furniture surfaces & lamps. Vacuuming floors & damp mopping wood floors.

Laundry room- dusting, clean appliance exteriors & cleaning floors.

Kitchen - Ceiling to floor dusting, all large appliance exteriors & counter top appliances wiped down. Inside and outside of the microwave. All countertops wiped, all types of range tops & exteriors. Chairs wiped down or vacuumed. Sink & garbage disposal cleaned & sanitized. Cabinet/drawer fronts spot cleaned.

Interior glass sliding doors cleaned. Vacuum rugs, floors & mop. Remove trash.

Deep cleaning & add-ons
Maintenance cleaning is great for keeping up a clean home but sometimes you want or need a deeper cleaning. We offer a deep cleaning package that can be added to your regular maintenance cleaning as well as some add-on items.
